This custom 30' x 30' residential workshop was designed to provide dedicated space for hobbies, equipment storage, and hands-on projects while blending seamlessly with the existing property.
The building features a Cowell Brown roof, Desert Sand wall panels, matching trim, and a galvanized front wall that was later finished with brick. What makes this project unique is that the brick came from leftover materials used during the construction of the home nearly twenty years ago, creating a workshop that feels like a natural extension of the property.

After construction was completed, the homeowner customized the interior with spray foam insulation, a painted gray finish, and heating and cooling. These upgrades transformed the shop into a comfortable workspace that can be used throughout the year.
