Manufacturing Building Maintenance Tecnician 

Manufacture Building Maintenance Technician · Fulltime · 3 – 5 years of manufacturing maintenance experience & experience with Microsoft Office We are searching for a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician who is self-motivated, able to work independently while following directions to accomplish required tasks with the knowledge and experience necessary to maintain our facilities and equipment. This person will report directly to the Production manager and must comply with all company safety rules and regulations related to OSHA. Duties and Responsibilities: · Maintain all operational equipment and facility infrastructure · Performs preventative maintenance tasks · Field Work/Welding · Inspects assigned areas for safety hazards, corrects and reports · Cleans and maintains facility grounds, paved areas, and paths for employees · Performs any duties related to a clean and safe environment · May perform custodian duties when necessary Knowledge / Skills / Abilities · Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. · Technically sound and hands-on in troubleshooting manufacturing machines · Mechanical knowledge – Forklifts and Vehicles · Frequent bending, stooping, and squatting activities · Welding · Electrical/Ammonia Refrigeration · Must be able to work independently or with a team · Detail orientated · Knowledge of OSHA regulations a plus Benefits: · Health, Dental, Vision Insurance · 401(k) plan with company match · Company paid life, ltd, std, ad&d · Paid Vacation

AP/AR Specialist

Job description Cowell Steel Structures, LLC, is a growing steel building manufacturing business located in Pottsville, Arkansas. We are seeking a qualified individual for an AP/AR Specialist position. The ideal candidate for this position would be initiative-taking, organized and detail oriented. This person will be required to plan, prioritize, and organize diversified workloads as well as provide administrative support to the accounting supervisor and other team members. SKILLS NEEDED: Knowledge of general administrative and bookkeeping principles Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel Ability to generate and understand spreadsheet data Strong math skills High degree of accuracy with diligence Excellent data entry skills – experience with ERP system is a plus Effective verbal, written communication Effective organization and time management skills DUTIES: Receive, process, verify and reconcile AP invoices Create and send invoices Process payments Vendor maintenance including completing & managing credit applications Review and reconcile vendor and customer statements Investigate discrepancies Cash balancing and handling Collections on past due accounts Responsible for completing monthly closing reports Organize and prioritize large volumes of information Accurately analyze, prepare, and input accounting data Work with purchasing, vendors, and customers to resolve issues Other duties as needs arise, including but not limited to: Creating reports, filing, working on special projects, answering the phone, other duty coverage EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma required Accounting degree preferred, experience may be accepted Knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer skills required Experience at a manufacturing facility highly desired OFFICE SCHEDULE: 8-hour day shift, Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm JOB TYPE: Full-time SALARY: Depending on level of experience BENEFITS: · 401(k) with company match · Health insurance · Health savings account · Dental insurance · Vision insurance · Disability insurance · Life insurance · Paid time of
